Dentures are a removable option to replace missing teeth. Complete Dentures are used when all of the teeth are missing on the top or bottom of the mouth. Sometimes, complete dentures can be difficult to wear. A complete denture that is anchored by implants is the most ideal option. Partial dentures are used when some of the teeth are missing and hook to the teeth that are there. There are many different options for partial dentures. They vary in design with metal bases and claps, wire clasps, and no metal or “flexible” partial dentures.
